Acceptable Use Policy
1. Introduction
Roth Digital is an Internet Presence Provider owned by Roth Digital, designating services for web hosting and email. The content hosted and distributed on the service by you, the customer, is your responsibility. By continuing forward and purchasing a Roth Digital account, you acknowledge your acceptance of this agreement.
2. Terms of Service
You, the customer, may use this service only at the express consent of the provider, Roth Digital. You shall not use this service to promote, solicit, or transfer illegal activity or data. You acknowledge that your use of the service may be limited or changed by Roth Digital at any time.
3. Termination
Your access to the service may be terminated by Roth Digital immediately for any reason deemed appropriate. In general practice, a user will not be terminated unless this agreement is violated, or if they have used the service for purposes that are not approved of.
4. Exploit / Hacking
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to parts of, systems, or areas of the service which you have not paid for, or should not have access to. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination. We will cooperate with legal authorities 100% if you are found to have been using this service for illegal purposes.
6. Refunds
There will be no refunds, expressed or otherwise for cancellation or termination of accounts, except when deemed absolutely necessary or fair.
7. Pornography
Sorry, existing laws currently prevent us from hosting any pornographic content on our servers.
8. Regarding SPAM / Unsolicited Mailings
By US Code Title 47, Sec.227(a)(2)(B), a computer/modem/printer meets the definition of a telephone fax machine. By Sec.227(b)(1)(C), it is unlawful to send any unsolicited advertisement to such equipment, punishable by action to recover actual monetary loss, or $500, whichever is greater, for each violation.
Privacy Policy
The service, Roth Digital, collects information about you, the customer, for the purposes of account management and in the event of system-wide technical problems. We do not distribute this information to third parties, except where necessary to collect billing fees. Any information collected about you is used for the sole purpose of internal use. We do collect credit card information from our customers. This information is not stored on our servers, but is stored by our third party transaction processor.
Disclaimer
As a provider of this service, Roth Digital will not be held responsible for any loss of data, monetary finances, value, or other respective properties as a result of the use of our services. It is up to our customers to backup their data and information. It is important for all customers to realize that use of our service does not guarantee success or profits for their business or home entity. Use of the service is on an as-is basis, and can be terminated at any time at our discretion, as explained in the Acceptable Use Policy. Acceptance of this agreement is indicative through the account registration process and use of our services.
