Abuse Policy
1. We will attempt to respond to you personally within 24-48 hours through e-mail, telephone or fax. If we do not respond within 48 hours, please try calling us directly.
2. We do not use auto-responders. This insures an actual response. Unlike many providers, we will actually hear your reports and deal with each one individually.
3. All reports of abuse will be examined carefully and we will cooperate as much as we can. If we cannot cooperate due to insufficient evidence, etc we will contact you in writing or by phone.
4. Please include logs of the incidents if at all possible.
5. Any action that causes a denial of service, infringes on our policies, or is generally disruptive is considered abuse.
If you believe abusive activity may have occurred, or to report abuse related to any RothDigital.com customer, employee, etc. please perform the following steps: Using the Contact Form, provide:
1. A summary, as long or as short as necessary giving a detailed description of the abusive activity.
2. Logs of the event, including IP address, timestamp, and any relevant information.
3. Your full name and contact information, if applicable, the company or ISP you work for.
