Account Information: Who, What Where?

rothdigital offers various services provided by a number of systems and service providers.  For this reason you may have a number of different account types,  administrative interfaces and logins. We understand that this may be confusing, so this page was created to help.

First, we strongly recommend that you 'register' on this site if you are a customer. Registering allows us to communicate with you more effectively and therefore provide a better customer experience. Not sure if you have registered? Contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Accounts Types

Domain Name Management - If you registered your domain name with us, you will have a Domain Name Management account. This account will handle all your registered domains, including renewals, contact settings, add on services (such as email and web site creator pages). This account is also responsible for holding your billing information as it relates to  those services. It is important to maintain current contact and credit card information on this account. Web Hosting Service - If rothdigital built or manages your web site, you have a web hosting account. While your domain name is still managed under the Domain Name Management account described above, your "web site" and "email" services are not. In most cases the administration of your services is handled professionally by rothdigital or an independent 3rd party that you have contracted. Our support section includes the Customer Handbook which covers the general administration of your services such as setting up email accounts and uploading files to your site.
